Victoria Street Alive! has purposely focused this market as an opportunity for those creators that live and work in the Victoria Street precinct (bound by Hoddle, Highett, Church and Langridge streets). With the COVID-19 pandemic severely impacting those working in the cultural and creative professions, this is an opportunity for those in our ‘hood to showcase their expertise: from ceramics, leatherwork, coffee, clothing, condiments, plants, local artists, beauty care, jewellery and much more.

 

The Market also includes creative, hands-on activities for children and music performed by local musicians.

The market coordinator lives in the precinct, ensuring an authentic and inner-city flavour, making this market distinct and unique.

 

Victoria Street Alive! is a project of Residents for Victoria Street Drug Solutions Inc, local residents committed to enhancing the vibrancy, vitality and visibility of Victoria Street, Abbotsford and Richmond through community-based activations and events.
